Throughout the Festival, a privileged meeting place for international professionals: producers, distributors, festival programmers, buyers, directors, institutions…all of them are part of the Short Film Corner alchemy!
A MIX OF IDEAS
By signing up to the Short Film Corner, you will be part of its made to order program (meetings, workshops, conferences) and also benefit from the advantages of the Festival de Cannes accreditation, the access to the stands in both the Marché du Film and Village International. Then, you will get an optimal national and international exposure to principal potential partners, main institutions, financiers and the most dynamic representatives from the film industry.
WIDE RANGE OF ACTIVITIES
Your film will benefit from a prime viewing position within the Short Film Corner, and you will be able to take advantage by meeting professionals. Our daily meeting, facilitated by prestigious speakers, workshops and themed conferences will ensure you to get a greater knowledge and improved professional potential. Each day you will get the opportunity to participate to a wide range of events not to be missed as workshops, round tables, happy hours, etc.
AN INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM
The Short Film Corner proposes films from all over the world, most previously unseen, as well as the films included in the Official Competition, the Cinéfondation, the Director's Fortnight and Critic's Week.
BY REGISTERING WITH THE SHORT FILM CORNER:
Your film can be viewed in the Digital Film Library throughout the Festival with an easy access to all Festival-goers.
Your film keeps available for private viewing to programmers and buyers even after the event.
You benefit from two accreditations to the Festival de Cannes, to be given in priority to the director and producer of the film.
You are invited to the many activities (workshops, conferences, meetings …) organized for you by the Short Film Corner team.
Your film is referenced at www.shortfilmcorner.com and in the Catalogue du court, published by the Festival de Cannes.
You are given access to www.cinando.com (the leading database of the film industry).
You may be eligible for one of the subventions given out by organizations supporting short films.
You can use the three mini screening rooms available for you to showcase your film to a small group of relevant professionals.
